Welcome to Birthstream

Birthstream is a licensed midwifery practice providing homebirth care to women in Yolo, Sacramento, and parts of Solano county. Our service includes all prenatal care, labor and birth, and postpartum care for mother and baby both immediately after the birth and extending to 6 weeks postpartum. Between pregnancies our care extends to well woman visits including pap test, STI screening, and contraceptive counseling.

Please join us at a homebirth potluck whether you are a past or current client, or interested in exploring your options! Come visit, share, relax and eat for as short or long a time as you can. Please bring a dish to share and during summer months enjoy the pool!

Potlucks are held at 26990 County Rd 95A in Davis from noon to 3 pm on the following dates:
